WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We take internet bank transfer or cash on delivery, no payment is required until you have checked over the item/s and are happy with them.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM I CAN VISIT?
We don't have a showroom, all the items are packaged and stored in our warehouse.
ARE THEY GOOD QUALITY?
Our chesterfields are made the proper, traditional way by skilled craftsmen. They have solid beech frames, high-quality leather, steel springs and they can last a lifetime or more!
HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?
We use an independent transport company who will deliver within 2 weeks.
CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM ORDER?
We cannot do a custom order of the standard solid-colour aniline leather items, we cannot order specific leathers.
We can arrange a custom order for the harlequin patchwork items, however it must be considered that the colours are random so they may not turn out as you had hoped, it's best to order from what we currently have in stock to ensure you get exactly what you see in the photo. The Castle-Stone patchwork comes out roughly the same each time so you may have no problems pre-ordering items in this colour scheme.
